Location Reviewed: BB&T: Pilot Mountain Branch - Pilot Mountain, NC. BB&T sent someone out at a foreclosed property located at 1200 Eric Shelton Road in Westfield, NC. They removed personal property from several buildings that was not located on that property that is in foreclosure.BB&T is now charging $12 a month for it's customers who don't have direct deposit. I have currently have 3 accounts at BB&T. That's $36 a month. Absurd. But since I have everything online banking and auto draft I've just dealt with it. But that hateful, surly teller today was the last straw.
